The Fiskobirlik “Integrated Hazelnut Processing Plant” was put into service in 1981 with the aim of increasing product quality and diversity by processing the hazelnuts grown in our country, offering new flavors to the palate, and making a greater contribution to the national economy with raw, semi-processed and finished products. Since 2002, this facility has continued its operations as a subsidiary of our Union under the name Fiskobirlik Entegre Findik Işleme Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş.
The Sales Stores Directorate and its affiliated markets within the Fiskobirlik General Directorate were incorporated under the name Fiskomar A.Ş. as of 23/07/2012 and operate in the retail sector. Loss-making stores have been closed, and as of today the company serves customers through 18 stores.
FISKOBIRLIK INSURANCE AGENCY SERVICES LTD.
Established in March 2004, our company is an agency of the insurance companies AXA, HDI, TÜRKIYE, BEREKET, ANKARA, RAY, SOMPO, DOĞA, HEPIYI, QUICK and MAGDEBURGER, and acts as an intermediary for the insurance transactions of the cooperatives affiliated with our Union as well as those of third parties.
ORDU YAĞ A.Ş.
Founded in 1957 by Sümerbank under the name Soya Sanayi A.Ş., the company was purchased from Sümerbank by our Union in 1986. In line with the diversification of its production, the company's name was changed to Ordu Yağ Sanayi A.Ş. in 2003. In addition to oil-grade hazelnuts, the company also processes and markets sunflower, corn and soybean seeds, and has reached a position where it can continue its activities profitably even if it loses its oil-grade hazelnut processing function once the surplus product problem is resolved. With the investments it has made, it also operates in the cleaning products sector.
